He has handled complex litigation matters including divorce and custody, business disputes, trade secret issues, insurance coverage matters, fraud and breach of contract disputes, real estate issues, medical malpractice and personal injury matters.
Mark Johnson was raised in Logan County, Arkansas. In addition to his private law practice, Mark serves as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Scott and Yell counties. Mark is also the city attorney for Scranton, Subiaco and Waldron. Mark is a member of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Board of Directors for the Paris Housing Authority. He enjoys coaching his children's pee wee basketball and softball teams in the Scranton community.
